This summer home on Lake Cochituate was designed in collaboration with the client to be a simple, budget-friendly, and spacious getaway. Utilizing custom design and LVL beams, CRC Builders created a sturdy, open-concept home with high ceilings and an exceptional floor plan. Featuring windows imported from Poland, this home currently has a market value of $1.4 million and also functions successfully as an Airbnb rental.
The collaborative design process ensured that every dollar was spent wisely while still achieving a remarkable result. The use of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) beams allowed for longer spans and higher ceilings without the need for interior support columns, creating the open, airy feeling that defines this lakeside retreat.
Premium Polish windows provide both energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal, contributing to the home's strong market value.
